Yellow Peach
Yellow flesh peaches are a traditional favourite. The perfect balance ofsweet and tangy flavors. The acid is what gives yellow peaches their slightly tangy flavour. As yellow varieties ripen some of this acid dissipates, leaving a flavourful balance of sugar and acid.

White Nectarine
White peaches and nectarines are very low acid and have a distinctively different flavour than traditional yellow varieties of peaches and nectarines. The first thing you’ll notice is an incredible burst of sweetness, followed by a mellow peach or nectarine flavour.

Donut Peach
The donut peach originated in the Northwest region of China.These juicy peaches are known as "pantao," which is Chinese for "flat peach." A little bit of acid is what gives yellow donuts their slightly tangy flavour. Our exclusive yellow donut varieties have a flavourful balance of sweet and tart.
